We may not always be available to answer your call, so feel free to leave a detailed message with as little as your name and telephone number or as much as your complete order information. Can you rush an order for me?
Orders will usually arrive in two weeks, although our turnaround is usually faster. If you need an order ASAP, e-mail or call us to see if we can accommodate your needs. If so, there may be a surcharge for the expedited service.
Does the “Free Shipping” apply to multiple orders that add to $75?
No, the Free Shipping offer applies only to a single location shipment over $75.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2–3 days.

Shipping charges are based on weight, distance, and USPS Priority Mail rates. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 shipping to a single location.
What is CaringHUG’s shipping policy?
All products, unless specified, come in our signature gift-wrap and ribbons.
We package most orders in colors of the sea—aqua, pinks, royal blue, greens, and white—with complementary colored ribbon. A personal, handwritten CaringHUG healing note is included. This note may include up to five lines that are personalized.
Domestic orders are shipped directly from CaringHUG by US Priority Mail. Please allow up to two weeks for orders to be shipped (orders are shipped sooner when possible). Rates are determined by the US Postal Service based on weight and destination.
